Tami Gale launched Gale Force Organizers in March of 2022. Gale Force Organizers aim to simplify living by improving the functionality of spaces.  Home and business organizing services are offered along with move coordination.  Clients are typically making major life transitions – empty nesters downsizing to more manageable spaces; those making the move to an active adult community; or seniors who need to move into more supportive living environments.  Business clients are entrepreneurs who struggle with creating and maintaining systems for paper or inventory management.  Nearly ¾ of their clients are older adults looking for a coach and partner to help them through a stressful transition.

 

Prior to this venture, Tami worked in management roles for the US Army for 24+ years primarily in human resources and community engagement. She is a certified workplace mediator and has extensive experience in strategic planning and conflict resolution. She has called Colorado Springs her home since moving here in 2008 when her husband retired from active duty (Navy).    When Tami isn’t organizing homes and businesses, she loves to travel, read, spend time with family, and enjoy the outdoors.   She is excited to serve the SRC to ensure its longevity while expanding its reach and influence.
