Join Senior Resource Council on October 21 for an educational presentation led by Devon Coleman: What happens when things go wrong: a discussion on legal decision making.
This presentation will discuss all the various types of legal decision making roles a person can have. What is the differences between a guardian and conservator. Can your power of attorney overturn your stated desires? What is a guardian ad litem? It is very important for those serving seniors too understand the differences and limitations of the various decision making roles.
Devon Coleman has been a professional guardian for 10 years now. A graduate of the Colorado State University – Pueblo. Devon is a certified National Master Guardian. He is the co-chair of the Fiduciary Education Committee of the Pike’s Peak Elder Abuse Coalition. He is also a member of of the National Guardianship Association’s education committee.
